How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are delivered in 5–7 business days pan-India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru) typically receive orders within 2-3 days. Bulk orders above 500 pieces may take 10-15 business days for production + dispatch. You can track your order at any time using the link in your confirmation Email ID.

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum order value for retail purchases. Orders above ₹2000 qualify for free shipping. For bulk / wholesale orders, the minimum is typically 100 pieces per design for custom printing.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order at /track using your order number and email address. No account required.

Do you deliver pan-India?

Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the product page to check availability. Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is packed, address changes are not possible.

What materials do you use?

We use premium natural jute (hessian/burlap), 100% cotton, canvas and 100% linen — which are fully biodegradable and sustainably sourced. Our jute comes from West Bengal, while cotton is sourced from certified mills. We never use synthetic blends unless explicitly specified by the customer.

How strong are your bags? What weight can they carry?

Our standard jute tote bags can carry 8–10 kg comfortably. Heavy-duty variants with reinforced stitching can handle up to 15 kg. Cotton bags typically carry 5–6 kg. Load capacity is listed on each product page.

Are the bags washable?

Accepted Answer

Cotton bags are fully machine-washable (cold wash, gentle cycle). Jute bags are spot-clean only — submerging jute in water can cause it to lose shape. For printed bags, hand-wash is recommended to preserve the print quality.

Will the print fade or peel?

We use Eco-safe water-based inks that are heat-set for durability. Prints are rated for 50+ washes when care instructions are followed. Embroidered logos are even more durable and won't fade. We offer a free reprint if any quality issue arises within 30 days.

Do you offer samples before bulk ordering?

Yes! Contact us to request a sample kit. Sample bags are chargeable (at cost price) but the amount is fully adjusted in your bulk order invoice.

What sizes are available?

We offer sizes from small gift bags (15X20 cm) to large grocery/shopping bags (40X45X25 cm). Standard sizes are listed on product pages. Custom sizes are available for bulk orders above 200 pieces — share your requirements and we'll send a quote.

What is the minimum order for custom printing?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom printed bags is 100 pieces per design. For embroidery, MOQ is 500 pieces. There is no MOQ for bags without custom branding.

What file format should I provide for my logo?

Please provide your artwork in PDF, AI, or high-resolution PNG (min 300 DPI) format. For screen printing, we prefer vector files (AI or EPS). Our design team can help with basic adjustments free of charge.

How many colours can I print?

Accepted Answer

Standard pricing includes up to 2 colours. Additional colours are available at ₹2–3 extra per piece per colour. Full-colour photo printing (CMYK) is available for cotton bags — contact us for a quote.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Bulk discounts start at 100 pieces. For large corporate or institutional orders, contact us for a custom quote.

Can I order different designs in one bulk order?

Yes, each design must meet the individual MOQ (100 pcs for printing). You can combine multiple designs in one order and still receive bulk pricing on the total quantity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) and net banking. Online payments are processed securely via PhonePe. We do not store any card or UPI details.

Is GST included in the displayed price?

Prices shown on the website are including of GST. Applicable GST (5% or 18% depending on product type) is added at checkout and shown as a separate line item.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-days return window from delivery for all products. Damaged, incorrect or defective items are replaced or refunded in full. For custom-printed orders, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects — not for design errors provided by the customer.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Please share video of the damaged products within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
