Order Journey
- Order Confirmed — You receive an email + SMS confirmation with your order ID.
- Packed & Dispatched — We pack your order within 1 business day and hand it to the courier.
- In Transit — Track your shipment live via the tracking link sent to your email.
- Out for Delivery — Courier attempts delivery. You may receive a call before arrival.
Delivery Timelines by Zone
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad) — 2–3 business days
- Tier-1 Cities (Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Surat, etc.) — 3–4 business days
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 (Rest of India) — 4–6 business days
- Remote / Northeast (J&K, North-East States, Andaman & Nicobar) — 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000
- Standard shipping — ₹60 for orders below ₹2000
- Express shipping — ₹120 (available at checkout for select pin codes)
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Bulk orders (100+ pieces) have custom shipping rates negotiated per order based on weight, destination and urgency. Contact us at juteplanet03217@gmail.com for a bulk shipping quote.
Bulk orders typically require 3–7 additional business days for production before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from My Orders in your account. If tracking is not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges apply for reshipping.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to wrong address or phone number provided by the customer.
